License Agreement
By purchasing SmartWork, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the software according to the terms below. Each license is unique and linked to your account.
Offline License & Expiration System
SmartWork runs entirely offline. Your unique license is embedded in the software and will automatically expire based on the selected duration (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). Once expired, SmartWork will display a notification and stop working until a new license is issued. If you purchase a renewed or extended license, an updated version of the software will be provided with the new license and expiration date.
Payment & Delivery
All payments for SmartWork are made via PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, the software and your unique license will be sent to you via WhatsApp. You can choose your license duration: 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. A complete guide on how to use SmartWork will be provided. The software does not require installation—simply run it and start using it.
Non-Refund Policy
All sales of SmartWork licenses are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Attempting to obtain a refund while retaining access to the license is considered fraud and will be legally actionable.
Prohibited Use
- Sharing your license with others.
- Attempting to bypass licensing restrictions.
- Claiming refund while still using the software.
Liability
SmartWork is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any misuse, lost data, or indirect damages. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
